Executive Coaching.

What is coaching?

It’s not advice. It’s not a pep talk. It’s not a performance review in disguise.

Coaching is a powerful, structured process that helps thoughtful professionals make meaningful progress – in their work, their confidence, and their careers.

It creates the space to think strategically, make smart decisions, and move from good intentions to real-world impact – without burning out or second-guessing every step.

Whether you’re navigating complexity in your role, leading a team, or simply craving more purpose and clarity, coaching gives you the support and challenge to move forward with confidence.

  • Sessions are generally 2-3 weeks apart, to maintain momentum and accountability
  • Sessions can be held in person (Melbourne CBD) or online.

Coaching starts with clarity. About where you’re headed, what’s getting in the way, and what kind of leader or professional you want to become.

If your coaching is sponsored by your organisation, we’ll begin with a three-way conversation (with your manager or stakeholder). This helps align your goals with the organisation’s priorities and sets the foundation for practical support, such as internal check-ins or feedback loops.

If you're investing in coaching yourself, it's often because something bigger is shifting. You might be questioning whether you're in the right role, wondering what’s next in your career, or feeling ready for something more, even if you’re not sure what “more” looks like yet. We’ll start by mapping what matters to you now and the kind of work or impact you want to move toward.

Either way, this first step is about understanding your aspirations and creating the space to explore and decide before you act.

Each coaching session is a one-on-one, confidential space focused entirely on you.

We’ll work through what’s going on beneath the surface - what you want, what’s holding you back, and how to create traction. Sessions are flexible but structured. You’ll always walk away with:

  • clarity about what’s important and why it matters to you
  • a grounded next step - not just direction, but a plan
  • renewed confidence in your path and your ability to shape it.

Whether you're navigating complex systems at work or rethinking your career entirely, coaching gives you the space, tools, and support to move forward with intention.

Between sessions, your progress is in your hands. This is the space where reflection, experimentation, and small actions start to create real momentum. Coaching gives you clarity and direction - what you do with it between sessions is where the change happens.

If your organisation is sponsoring the coaching, we’ll usually schedule a mid-point check-in with your manager or stakeholder. This gives everyone a chance to reflect on progress so far, adjust support if needed, and maintain alignment.

At the end of the program, we’ll reflect on what’s shifted. Your manager or stakeholder will again be involved here if you’re being supported by your organisation. This is a chance to share insights, celebrate progress, and set the direction for what comes next.

Is coaching right for you?

If you’re here, it probably means something in your work isn’t quite working – even if you can’t fully name it yet.

Maybe you’re caught in the day-to-day, always busy but never feeling like you’re getting to the good stuff.

Maybe you’ve been operating on autopilot – doing great work, but wondering why it still doesn’t feel right.

Or maybe you’re stepping into a bigger role, and want to do it with clarity, purpose, and self-belief – not just more pressure.

If that sounds familiar, coaching can help you:
